Viken Vest Innkjøpssamarbeid (VVI) c/o Øvre Eiker kommune is holding on behalf of municipalities in buskerud and Telemark competitions for framework agreements and administering the framework agreements on behalf of the participants. A competition shall now be held for a framework agreement for the delivery of nursing home places (institution places, primarily for elderly persons). We would, thus, like feedback from relevant tenderers before the competition is announced through this RFI.
