Belgium – Business and management consultancy services – Legal support services for the compliance assessment of the national measures transposing Directive (EU) 2022/2041of the European Parliament and the Council of 19 October 2022 on Adequate Minimum Wages in the European Union

The contractor will carry out a thorough analysis of the Member States’ transposition of the Directive into their national legal frameworks. The data analysed at legal and technical level, and the conclusions drawn by the contractor, should provide the Commission with the necessary information to decide if the Member States’ transposition of the Directive is compliant in terms of the completeness of the notification (including the previously mentioned case-law requirements), as well as on the adequacy/correctness of the transposition in each case.
