Wicklow County Council intends to commence a Competitive Dialogue Procedure in 2026 for the procurement of housing solutions to meet social and affordable housing needs. The strategic objective of the procurement is to deliver sustainable, energy-efficient housing solutions, explore innovative financing and delivery models and ensure compliance with planning and building regulations. The purpose of this PIN is to inform the market and invite expressions of interest only. No tender documents or submissions are required at this stage.
