Northern Norway Regional Health Authority, the contracting authority, hereby invites tenderers to a competition in accordance with part IV of the Public Procurement Regulations for the procurement of outpatient services in mental healthcare for patients from 16 years and up. This procurement is being carried out as a measure in the Waiting Time Promise.
