Rana municipality has had an ongoing competition for a framework agreement on welfare technology together with 6 other municipalities in Helgeland. The competition had to be cancelled as the tenders were not able to evaluate and compare sufficiently and this could not be corrected without major changes to the competition. We would now like to invite the same tenderers who submitted tender offers directly to negotiations and hope that the process for the municipalities and suppliers will take less time than an ordinary announcement. We are therefore announcing our intention and requesting feedback if the proposed process is considered unacceptable.
