Norway – Analysis services – Consultancy services for planning and engineering design of flood and erosion protection measures, execution of associated hydrologic analyses and water system hydraulic analyses.

The contract includes planning and engineering design of the necessary protection measures against floods and erosion, as well as the procurement of hydrologic and watercourse hydraulic analyses in connection with planning and engineering design of safety measures. As the security projects are becoming increasingly complex and multi-disciplinary, it is also desirable that tenderers shall be able to offer services within adjoining disciplines. The contract includes ongoing work on selected projects. A call-off will be issued for each sub-assignment, further agreement will be made on the content, project limitations, manpower and number of hours. The scope of the contract is estimated to NOK 200 -250 million excluding VAT, with an upper limit of NOK 300 million excluding VAT over four years. The contract does not involve any obligation to reach the estimate. A comprehensive description of the delivery is in the requirement specification SSA-R Annex 1.
