Uganda – Business development consultancy services – Trade and Investment Promotion

Provide continuity to the work of the Sustainable Business for Uganda (SB4U) Secretariat as part of the next phase of implementation - composed of a FT Team Leader; Private sector development, trade and investment specialist; admin & logistics/driver assistants; and PT IT/Comms expert, and ad hoc experts - in supporting the SB4U Platform's public-private dialogue to improve the investment climate (green & sustainable), to steer economic reforms and implementing measures, to strengthen business and trade partnerships between domestic and European companies by producing market information and coordinating missions and events. Actions will target potential investors to Uganda, create synergies with relevant interventions and policy (notably with European Development Finance institutions, and with Uganda and EU Member State trade agencies and business associations). The contractor will also be responsible for organising and financing under this contract an EU-Uganda Business Forum and other events.
