Norway – Surveying services – Framework agreement land surveying and scanning NVO

PURPOSE AND SCOPE The aim of the procurement is to replace the existing framework agreement R561 Land surveying and scanning as this soon reaches the maximum value and NVO still needs the services at least until 31.12.2027 The expected value and maximum value of the procurement is NOK 9,000,000. When the maximum limit has been reached the starting point is that the framework agreement has expired its effect. Consumption beyond the stated value that is not purgated in the exclusion provisions can, therefore, be seen as an illegal direct procurement.
