Norway – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Dynamic purchasing system for ICT consultants

DIO is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for acquiring competence in the ICT field. The aim of the scheme is two parts: 1. The scheme shall contribute to covering DLO's need for ICT consultants. 2. DIO was created at the turn of the year 2024/25 and this is the first dynamic purchasing system established by DIO. This procurement system must therefore be seen as a pilot that shall give DIO experience with this form of competition. Any tenderer who would like to be included in the scheme can apply for this.
