Norway – Repair and maintenance services of electrical building installations – Framework agreement for electrician services

Bardu municipality invites tenderers to a framework agreement for electrical services, including materials. A framework agreement shall be signed for electrician services for the purpose of, among other things, improving errors and shortcomings in buildings, new installations in existing buildings, maintenance work and the installation of heat pumps. The contract will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year, maximum 4 years. The stipulated total contract value is estimated to approx. NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT for the entire contract period.
