Norway – Software-related services – Market survey: LMS and competence management system for the Competence Bridge at Akershus University Hospital.

The municipalities in the admission area of Akershus University Hospital (hereafter called for Ahus) to have called for a joint system on the "Competence Bridge" (www.kompetansebroen.no) to offer the employees competence development and for managers to have an overview of each employee ́s competence and skills. Tenderers are therefore invited to a market survey in preparation for a planned procurement of LMS and a competence management system for the "Competence Bridge" at Akershus University Hospital. The "Competence Bridge" requests information from suppliers who can deliver a system (a cloud based SaaS service) that covers the following needs: planning, implementation and follow-up of e-learning courses (LMS), overview of ongoing and completed courses, flexibility in connection with digital implementation and competence management for managers.
