Ireland – Quantity surveying services – CFT 3629 - MPFA for provision of Quantity Surveying Services for South Dublin, Dublin City, Fingal, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown and Wicklow County Councils (2026-2030) – 2 Lots

South Dublin County Council is seeking to establish a Multi Party framework agreement for the provision of Quantity Surveying services for two LOTs. LOT 1 is for Type 2 projects value €1,000,000 to €5,000,000 exclusive of VAT, and LOT 2 is for Type 3 Projects greater than €5,000,000 in value exclusive of VAT in South Dublin, Dublin City, Fingal, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown and Wicklow County Councils. It is within this context that the Council propose to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of two multi-party frameworks and to award an initial contract under the framework agreement for the provision of Quantity Surveying services for housing development projects for LOT 1 and LOT 2.
