Sarpsborg municipality intends to enter into a municipal task partnership with Fredrikstad municipality for future kitchen operations. This means that Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad municipalities are establishing an intermunicipal cooperation on kitchen operations, organised as a municipal task partnership without a separate legal entity. The kitchen operation includes the service production and delivery of food from Fredrikstad ́s municipal kitchen to inhabitants in both municipalities in health and care institutions and to persons living at home.
