Stavanger municipality invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for 24 hour housing and care services for adults and children ́s homes. The aim of the procurement is to ensure quality approved services for the residents Stavanger Municipality cannot meet needs for in municipal houses/institutions. The residents shall have a good and facilitated service offer in a safe and competent environment. The offer of 24 hour staffed housing and care services shall apply to persons over the age of 18 with adaptation needs of varying degree, such as disability, mental illness, physical disabilities, drug and alcohol dependency, or other forms of reduced cognitive functions. The resident who is offered to live in the Tenderer's house shall enter into rental agreements with the Tenderer. The offer of children ́s homes shall apply for children aged 0-18 years, which Stavanger Municipality does not have the capacity for in their own children's houses. Children's houses are ment for children with adaptation needs of varying degree, such as developmental disabilities, mental illness, physical disabilities, drug and alcohol dependence, or other forms of reduced cognitive function. Stavanger municipality would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with 2 (two) tenderers who can facilitate both adult residents as well as children. It is the framework agreement that regulates the overall obligations between the parties. The framework agreement shall be valid for 2 years, with an option for a further 2+2+2 years on verbatim terms.
