The contracting authority would like to replace the system support that currently supports the management and needs system support that meets the current need for managing the business. The system support is central for operating uniform target and result management based on targets and requirements from the general authority. The system support must support performance management in a high rate of change, with adaptability and quick adaptations to changed priorities and framework terms. Furthermore, there is an increased need for a system support with flexibility to control value chains across the organisation, while maintaining strategic, tactical and operational management at the different organisation levels.
