Norway – Consulting services for water-supply and waste consultancy – Framework agreement consultancy services 2025

Tønsberg municipality c/o Municipal Engineering, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for consultancy services within; roads, geotechnics, water and sewage. The framework agreement is primarily for deliveries in connection with water and sewage projects. The municipality would like tenders from tenderers who have the capacity to deliver in accordance with the municipality ́s needs and who fulfil the qualification requirements. The competition will be carried out via the municipality ́s tender implementation tool Mercell. All communication and tender submissions will be via Mercell.
