Innlandet County shall enter into a new contract for a framework agreement for the delivery of PCs and tablets with accessories for employees. Tenderers are given with this document the opportunity to comment on extracts of Innlandet County ́s provisional tender documentation in connection with the procurement. The agreement shall contribute to an efficient and predictable delivery of digital work tools that support the county ́s need for quality, security and continuity in the services. The products shall have high ergonomic and aesthetic quality. The agreement shall provide stable and competitive prices throughout the entire contract period. The equipment shall be robust and energy efficient for the longest possible lifetime. Tenderers shall offer good guarantee schemes, quick and reliable service, as well as easy handling of claims. A user friendly and clear ordering platform shall be offered that simplifies the procurement process. The deliveries shall be carried out in a secure, environmentally friendly and efficient manner, with clear routines for delivery to the ordered delivery address. The products shall fulfil the current information security requirements and tenderers shall have buffer stores to ensure access to equipment in the event of unforeseen events.
