Norway – Welfare services not delivered through residential institutions – KK - Service concession - User managed personal assistance (BPA) and Personal Assistance (PA).

Kristiansund municipality would like to enter into a service concession contract for user-controlled personal assistance (BPA) with free user choice and personal assistance (PA) with up to 5 tenderers. The contracting authority invites tenderers to apply for a licence for the delivery of assistant hours in the BPA scheme and PA to users in the municipality. The competition will be held on behalf of the following municipalities: Kristiansund municipality and Hustadvika municipality.
