Norway – Construction-related services – Framework agreement for consultancy and mapping within universal design.

Sandnes municipality has entered into a framework agreement for the purchase of consultancy services and mapping within universal design of buildings and outside areas. If needed, the contracting authority can also use the contract for municipal facilities such as roads, parks and sports. The framework agreement is mainly intended to cover the contracting authority ́s ongoing need for: 1. General consultancy and quality assurance that concerns universal design and the accompanying rules. 2. Mapping/analysis 3. Preparation of condition report. 4. Preparation of prioritising report. 5. Cost estimation 6. Updating old reports (after e.g. alterations) Further details on the framework agreement are in part II of the contract documentation and annexes.
