Ireland – Procurement consultancy services – Provision of Professional Procurement Support and Related Services

This competition relates to the establishment of a single party framework for the provision of professional procurement support and related services to the Institute of Public Administration (IPA). These services may comprise procurement strategy support, general procurement advice, full service procurement operations support, bespoke training and other services as required by the IPA to respond to the evolving needs of the organisation.
