Norway – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Production of ID cards

The competition is for the production and dispatch of maritime cards (SID) to replace the previous maritime book. SID shall document that the holder has his work on ships and shall be used to identify the holder, but is not considered an official ID document in accordance with the ID Card Act, even if in practice it shall be used as an identity certificate. The value of the procurement is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.
