Norway – Specialised boats – Prequalification of Work boats/diving support vessels.

Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA) invites tenderers to prequalification for the procurement of a framework agreement for up to 12 work boats and spare parts. The procurement will be carried out as a negotiated procedure, divided into a prequalification phase (this phase) and a tender phase. The objective of the procurement is to meet the Norwegian Armed Forces' need for work boats. The work boats shall function as seamobile platforms for military teams, including military diving teams and military EOD teams. The work boats must be available both with and without diving configuration, and thus achieve a standardised workboat across several departments in the Norwegian Armed Forces, who conduct coastal operations in civilian areas, near military installations and in port areas. FMA is seeking, to the degree it is possible, systems that have been in operation and have documented performance. FMA plans to deliver/partly deliver the first order before the end of 2027. Before the end of the framework agreement and at the contracting authority ́s enquiry, the tenderer is obliged to submit a tender for a Follow on Technical Support (FOTS) contract on the same terms and terms as the framework agreement. Estimated value: NOK 320,000,000, maximum value: NOK 420,000,000
