Norway – Company health services – Company health services for Vestre Viken HF

Vestre Viken Health Trust shall enter into a framework agreement for occupational health services in order to safeguard the company's obligations in accordance with the Working Environment Act and associated regulations. The aim is to ensure that all units in Vestre Viken HF get an equal and uniform offer. The company health service ́s delivery shall contribute to the company fulfilling its statutory obligations in accordance with the Working Environment Act § 3-3 as well as the regulations on organisation, management and participation §§ 13-2, 13-3 and 14-1. At the same time, the delivery shall support managers and employees in the systematic HSE work.
