Norway – Construction work – hire contract for a new fire station for Eidsvoll municipality.

The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to a negotiated procedure for the award of a rent contract with commitment to development, financing, construction, as well as management, operation and maintenance including cleaning of a new fire station (the Hire Object). The minimum hire period is 25 years. The Contracting Authority itself does not have a suitable site. The tenderer shall provide a suitable site within the defined area (cf. the map outline for site alternatives - annex 2) at the disposal of the project.
