Ireland – Plumbing and sanitary works – Multi-Party Framework for Plumbing Works/Services for Limerick City and County Council 2026

Limerick City and County Council, hereinafter referred to as LCCC, are is establishing a multi-party framework of service providers for plumbing works/services. The works/service is divided into four Lots and applicants can indicate their preferred geographic area. It is anticipated that the Framework Agreement will commence in the first quarter of 2026 and that the term of the Framework Agreement will be for 2 years from establishment, with an option to LCCC of a further 12 month extension.
