Norway – Fleet management, repair and maintenance services – Vehicle Administration - Request for Information (RFI)

With this market dialogue the contracting authority will examine what systems the market can offer that can solve the contracting authority ́s needs. Chapter 4 of the attached RFI includes a description of the need, and in chapter 7 questions are to be answered through this dialogue. If necessary, the contracting authority will initiate one-to-one conversations for ingr e-mails for information. The contracting authority emphasises the following: It is voluntary to participate in this market dialogue. Participation in and answers to the market dialogue will not have any consequences for any participation in the subsequent competition. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to comply with the input in the subsequent competition. Information that is considered as business secrets will be treated confidentially, cf. the Public Procurement Act and the Public Administration Act. Any costs that the tenderer has to participate in the market dialogue will not be refunded. Response deadline 16.12.2025
