Ukraine – Road-maintenance works – Ukraine Urban Road Safety Project / Procurement of Construction of Road Safety Improvement Project in Lviv – Package 1

This Contract involves implementation of Works for the reconstruction of two sections in the Lviv: Section 1: B. Hrinchenka Street, and Section 2: Hetmana I. Mazepy Street, within FIDIC Red Book 1st Edition, 1999 (Conditions of Contract for Construction, for building and engineering works designed by the Employer, issued by the Fédération Internationale Des Ingénieurs Conseil) The specific objectives of the Works and Installations are: (i). To provide works performed by during the construction period and defect liability period upon commissioning; (ii). Іmplementation of Environment and Social Management Plan (ESMP). (iii). To ensure that measures implemented are effective in terms of road safety and accessibility for vulnerable road users
