OFA IKS is Norway's largest municipal procurement cooperation and covers all of Agder. OFA needs to procure a modern and well-functioning system for KGV and KAV for ourselves, our owners and several participating entities. It is particularly important that the system will contribute to simplifying and making the purchasing function more efficient for all of OFA ́s owners. The system's simplicity, an option for adaptation and the company ́s possibility to facilitate and further develop, will be important in this procurement. There is also a need for integration possibilities with other trade systems and a system that supports simplification, standardisation and efficiency.
