Norway – Repair and maintenance services – Framework agreement ventilation services for Tvedestrand municipality

The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement for ventilation services. The framework agreement includes ventilation services that shall be used in both the maintenance and investment budgets. Tvedestrand municipality, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, is the contracting authority for the competition. See the www.tvedestrand.kommune.no Furøya IKS, Tvedestrand municipal housing foundation and Tvedestrand Church Council can also use the contract if this is appropriate for the contracting authority. Ventilation services means, among other things, work connected to service, troubleshooting, improvements, cleaning and maintenance of the existing ventilation system, as well as minor installations and alterations in the existing buildings. The services can also include works in buildings and premises that the municipality or contracting authority rents.
