Ireland – Pension services – Request for The provision of Comprehensive Pension Administration Services on an Outsourced Basis to the Higher Education Authority (HEA)

The objective of this contract is to appoint a competent and experienced service provider to deliver a comprehensive outsourced pension administration service that ensures compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency. The successful tenderer will assume full responsibility for the administration and management of the HEA’s pension arrangements, encompassing all aspects of member lifecycle from enrolment to pension payments. The service must cover both of the HEA’s pension schemes - The Superannuation Scheme and the Single Public Service Pension Scheme – and be delivered in accordance with all relevant Irish Public Sector Pension legislation, Department of Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform (DPENDR) circulars and applicable pension policy payments.
