RFT for creation of a single supplier framework agreement for provision of recruitment support services The required services may include: 1. temporary staff placements to fill gaps in posts due to employee absence or while waiting to fill a post through a recruitment campaign, 2. temporary staff placements to assist in the delivery of the Authority’s objectives as required in line with business needs; this includes the temporary staff placement for specialist IT, Data and other specialist and non-specialist roles as required. 3. assisting with recruitment campaign administration (e.g. shortlisting large volumes of candidates, interview scheduling, acknowledgement of submissions, providing shortlisting feedback to candidates etc.), 4. provision of independent interview panellists and note takers, and 5. assisting with writing job specifications and preparing interview tasks.
