Norway – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Contract award - IK-EEA 063-2025 Integration Platform (iPaas)

Bergen municipality has entered into an agreement with Avo Consulting for the delivery of the integration platform, Workato.Integration platform shall be provided as a service over the internet (iPaas) and comprises the establishment of the service, including training, configuration, adaptation and integration, as well as operation/management and user support. The contract also includes an option for consultancy services for further development of processes after the delivery date. An agreement has been signed for ongoing service procurements over the internet, "as-a-service" delivery, based on the Government ́s standard contract SSA-L. The contract will be valid for 5 years from when it is signed and then renewed automatically for 1 (one) year at a time, unless terminated by the parties in accordance with the termination provisions.
