Contractors are invited to tender to carry out internal significant internal alterations and upgrade works to an existing dwelling along with decommissioning and replacing existing septic tank and percolation system with a new secondary treatment system and soil polishing filter and all associated site works at Foulksrath, Callan, Co. Kilkenny (R95 A0K6). Please note that all works are to be carried out in strict adherence with current Building Regulations. All tendering Contractors should familiarise themselves fully with the existing site and ensure that they have all resources available to commence the works immediately upon appointment and ultimately meet the pertinent handover dates.
