Luxembourg – Business and management consultancy services – CFT-1838 Provision of Background Screening service for the EIB Group

With this call for tenders, the EIB Group aims at awarding a framework agreement to service provider to conduct the necessary employment background screening, for candidates joining the EIB Group, aiming to mitigate legal, operational, and reputational risks associated with hiring. The agreement will cover various types of checks: in-depth checks for staff at the headquarters in Luxembourg or external offices (inside and outside the EU), lighter checks for trainees, and ad hoc verifications as needed. These checks shall include a variety of controls-verifications, for example ID and address verification, credit and directorship searches, CV analysis, adverse media and international criminal record checks, sanctions screening, PEP verification and verification of academic, employment, and professional qualifications.
