Norway – Drinking water – A joint agreement for the delivery of a drinking water system in the Joint Ministries

The Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (DSS) wishes to enter into a joint hire agreement for the Ministry Fellowship for the delivery of a drinking water system that ensures refrigerated and purified water, with and without carbon dioxide. The installations shall be connected to the public water system. The agreement shall include assembly of tap points in the existing kitchen worktops with and without washing, as well as free-standing tap towers. Tenderers shall be able to deliver different tap towers/points for drinking water with and without carbon dioxide for smaller and larger tea kitchens, meeting room centres and canteen respectively. The contract shall also include ongoing technical service and maintenance, as well as continuous delivery of carbon dioxide for carbon acid. Disassembly of equipment at the end of the agreement shall also be included as a part of the agreement. The procurement is divided into two sub-contracts, a sub-contract for a central drinking water system and one for a local drinking water system. The gas and filter system in the central installations are installed in the technical rooms and will see to several ministries, and gas and filters are installed under benches or freestanding in cupboards in the local installations.
