Innlandet county invites relevant tenderers to a market conference (1-1 conversation) in connection with the procurement of a framework agreement for mobile telephones and accessories. See the bottom of the document for relevant dates and report which dates are best for the communication module and who shall participate. The questions do not need to be answered before the market meeting. The aim of this procurement is to establish a sustainable and future orientated contract for the delivery of mobile telephones to employees in Innlandet county. The agreement shall contribute to economic and efficient operation, high user satisfaction and support the company ́s strategic aims for the environment, ethical trade and digitalisation. The agreement does not include subscriptions. Tenderers must be able to offer a user-friendly self-service portal that supports the purpose of the agreement, including the following qualities: - easy access to pre-approved assortment of mobile telephones and accessories - support the company ́s strategic targets for the environment, ethical trade and digitalisation, functionality for ordering, tracing, and reporting - able to offer secure log-in (SSO) and integration with the county ́s internal systems for ordering and invoicing.- be available for invoicing. both central administration and individual users, with an option for defining amount limits and payment systems for any excesses.
