Norway – Food, beverages, tobacco and related products – Market survey - food and drink

Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Improvement and Development (UKE) invites tenderers to a written market dialogue in connection with new co-procurement contracts in the food and drink category. Replies to the market dialogue are to be sent as a completed form in Artifik within the stated deadline. If UKE needs further dialogue with suppliers, we will assess whether this occurs through one-to-one meetings or in connection with written questions. This market survey is mainly for the institutional household contracts, including dairy products, fresh fruits and vegetables, respectively. A market survey for the municipality ́s contract for small households (total contract for food and beverages) will be carried out in spring/summer 2026. About the contracting authority: Oslo municipality is one of Norway's largest employers with approx. 50,000 employees and an annual budget of approx. NOK 52 billion. Each entity itself makes the orders/call-offs it needs in the area covered by the agreement.
