Havindustritilsynet (Havtil) wishes to enter into parallel framework agreements with solid, knowledgeable and flexible cooperation partners. Havtil is looking for tenderers who can contribute with consultancy, competence and capacity for various assignments within IT development and management. The aim of the competition is to enter into parallel framework agreements with several tenderers in order to cover the broadest possible spectrum of disciplines. The distribution of assignments in the framework agreement will occur through mini-competitions. Call-offs will be needs based and connected to various internal assignments and projects. The contract will be valid for two years, with an option for Havtil to extend the contract for 1 year + 1 year.
