Norway – Construction works for sewage treatment plants, purification plants and refuse incineration plants – Stage 1 - M1 Kopervik treatment facility

Kopervik Treatment Facility shall receive municipal sewage water from the village of Kopervik, as well as from several sewage zones south, north and east of Kopervik. Sewage water will mainly be pumped up to the sewage treatment facility. This contract is for the delivery of a complete operational operative and turnkey process facility. The contractor has the total responsibility for function and fulfilment of the specified requirements for the delivery, which includes all process engineering work, equipment and machines from and including flanges for inlet pipelines and up to and including flanges for emission pipelines on the treatment plant ́s outer wall. The project ́s construction start is in 2027 for building engineering disciplines, and shall be completed for start-up and trial operation in October-December 2028.The process contractor (M1) shall carry out the necessary detailed engineering design services as a basis for tender collection for turnkey contract B1 for the construction engineering contract, HVAC and electrical. NS8407 applies as contractual provisions with the corrections that are in part II of the contract documentation, point B.2 Special contract provisions and B.3 Seriousness requirements.
