Norway – Maintenance of information technology software – Service- and maintenance agreement for vehicle scales

Renovasjons- og Gjenvinningsetaten (REG) needs to continue the contract for service and maintenance of the existing weight system from Scanvaegt Systems AS (the supplier). The contract includes ongoing service, maintenance and error correction on the weight systems at the recycling stations at Grønmo, Smedstad, Ryen and Haraldrud. The tenderer has sole rights, including immaterial rights to the software. The agreement will give REG access to protected technology during upgrading and switching/maintenance of software and system components.
