Lithuania – Event services – Provision of event organisation services for European Institute for Gender Equality

The main objective of this procedure is to conclude a framework contract with professional company capable of providing services related to event organisation, such as development of event visual/technical/logistical concept; booking and arranging event venue, accommodation and catering services; organising travel for participants; providing technical equipment and support during the event, online conference/meeting IT solutions and web-streaming; handling registration; production of environment friendly meeting materials, and promotional items; organising interpretation services and other related services. The FWC will cover these services for the period of 2026-2029.
