Ireland – Business and management consultancy and related services – Transformation Partner (Consultant Secondment/Partnership)

The National Council for Special Education (NCSE) is expanding its remit to include the management and delivery of an Educational Therapy Service, designed to provide enhanced support to children and young people with special educational needs. This expansion represents a significant transformation of NCSE’s operating model, requiring new capabilities in clinical governance, workforce management, and service integration. To support this transition, the NCSE is seeking to engage a Transformation and Integration Partner to provide a dedicated consultant on a seconded basis (15-18 days per month) for an initial period of six months with the potential to expand to 12 months. The consultant will work in partnership with the NCSE’s leadership team to manage the integration process and deliver sustainable change.
