Norway – Software package and information systems – Off the shelf system support leisure cards

Oslo municipality plans to procure a digital system for the management of the leisure card scheme. The system shall be a ready developed standard system (off the shelf) that can be used quickly and integrated with the municipality ́s systems. It shall support a subsidy scheme for contingents for children and youth, with broad coverage of activity providers in the entire municipality. It shall be delivered broadly to a large group of children and youths and to a great many different activities from many activity providers together throughout Oslo municipality, where parents can enter payment information and the municipality pays directly to activity providers.
