OsloMet shall enter into a contract for credit card with company responsibility (physical and virtual), as well as a travel account for travel and outlay for employees. OsloMet currently has 450 company cards and 2 travel accounts and 2 virtual cards. The number of company cards will most likely increase. The service shall include: - Portal for application of short and overview of consumption, as well as training and routine descriptions for the portal. - Full travel insurance including all cards and travel accounts. - A function for a postponement of the payment on the card until after the journey has been carried out. - Importing transactions to OsloMet ́s payroll system (SAP) for use in employees' travel expense reports. - Option for travel accounts for use of the travel agency for hotels and aircrafts. - Option for individual invoicing and company billing. - User friendly receipts. OsloMet has made inquiries in the industry to investigate if there are several suppliers who can cover our need. In addition OsloMet has contacted other Pppdragsgivers who have equivalent needs. Based on our surveys, there is only one supplier in the market who can provide this service. If there are no objections to the signing of the contract, OsloMet will enter into a contract with SEB Kort Bank AB, 10 days after the intention notice. Please contact us by email to: tina@oslomet.no
