The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer who can take care of the Norwegian Tax Administration's need for strategic consultancy services, objective research and market analyses and analysis material, relevant seminars/conferences and network possibilities, as well as consultancy services for limited assignments where there is a need for specialist competence not covered by other contracts.
