Norway – Sewage, refuse, cleaning and environmental services – Hazardous building waste

The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement for the transport, reception and final treatment of building waste. Based on previous figures, the total procurement is estimated to have a value of NOK 6.4 million over the 4 year contract period. The contract will be valid for a maximum amount of up to NOK 8 million during the agreement period. The framework agreement shall be valid for 2 years from when it is signed. In addition there will be an option with a unilateral right for the contracting authority to extend the framework agreement on verbatim terms for up to a further 2 years. Triggering of the option shall take place at intervals of 1+1 year. The competition will be held as an open tender contest, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-1 (1).
