Ireland – Training services – Request for Tenders for the provision of ongoing delivery of Tusla’s Leadership Development Programmes and related Consultancy Services

In summary, the Services comprise: Further development and consolidation of Tusla’s Leadership and Learning capabilities, building on the Leadership Framework/Academy, programmes and resources. This will include but not necessarily be limited to; Conducting scoping and agree delivery outcomes for lifetime of this contract Developing and agreeing project plan for continued delivery of leadership priorities of the Agency, including further delivery of Tusla’s current 4 Leadership Development Programmes, support for change management, team coaching, competency framework and other processes Supporting Tusla in the development of its Leadership and Management Academy, through review of existing internal Tusla resources, processes and structures, as contributing to Tusla Leadership Capability Supporting a review of Tusla learning and development systems and processes and advising on lean, effective and evidence-based enhancements that may support resourcing, prioritisation and delivery of Learning and Development across Tusla in line with Tusla’s Reform Programme. Co-design of additional programmes and resources and processes to support leadership practice in Tusla e.g., performance support, succession planning etc. Consultation and support in development of learning infrastructure and learning spaces to support Tusla. Design and implementation of a process for the assessment of outcomes and impact of the various programs across the lifetime of the contract
