Norway – Geographic information systems (GIS or equivalent) – Procurement of Esri licences from Geodata AS

Procurement of an Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) with Geodata AS for the delivery of software and services connected to Esri products and Geodata systems. Purpose: - Access to Esri software and Geodata services for the entire organisation. Predictable costs and economies of scale. - Easy administration of licences and services. - Facilitation for efficient cooperation across the organisation. Extent: - Esri software in accordance with the Esri Enterprise Agreement. - Geodata software and content services (including Norwegian adaptations to ArcGIS, background map, land register data, analysis services). - Access to Geodata's e-Learning platform (five named users + 1 joint user). - Operation of downloading service and maintenance of the Geoskog system.
