Netherlands – Engineering services – Market consultation Engineering Services Contract

You are hereby invited to participate in the market consultation for the Engineering Services Contract supporting the Aramis Transport Project. The consultation covers multidisciplinary engineering, specialized support in Flow Assurance, Operations & Maintenance, and tunnel engineering, as well as integration and interface management across the full CO₂ value chain. The objectives of this consultation are to assess market interest in order to make an informed decision on whether to proceed with an open or restricted procedure, to obtain a clear understanding of the capabilities and offerings of market participants, and to gather input on how the tender could best be organized; either as a single comprehensive lot or divided into multiple lots.
