Finland – Software package and information systems – Market dialogue: Social media management tool

This is not an invitation to tender but a market dialogue carried out as part of the preparations for the procurement of a social media management tool for the Finnish Tax Administration. The contracting entity requests interested service providers to answer the questions presented in Appendix ‘Responses to the market dialogue’. Please submit your responses by 12.00 noon on Friday 5 December 2025 to hankinnat@vero.fi. The purpose of the market dialogue is to conduct a dialogue on such matters as the implementation and preliminary content of the procurement and to obtain participants’ views on these issues. The contracting entity will assess any follow-up measures to the market dialogue on the basis of the responses received. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the contracting entity does not undertake to carry out the procurement and that the documents presented during the market dialogue are draft documents. The information provided on the procurement and the procurement procedure is preliminary, and the final contract notice and the invitation to tender may differ from that information. Responding to the market dialogue is not a prerequisite for participation in any subsequent competitive tendering, and it is not binding on the parties participating in it. The contracting entity does not pay any compensation for participation in the market dialogue.
